My friends are the best!
The weather was beautiful yesterday, so Wim, Victoria and me decided to enjoy it best as we can. We took the boat to Noord, where we had a bottle of prosecco and some snacks on the Wilhelmina Dok (hidden treasure, much?!).
After staying there in the sun by the water for a while, we decided to take the boat back and take another boat to the NDSM-werf, where I showed them the submarine and we booed at the Greenpeace ship (bunch of friggin hippies!). We proceeded to the IJ-kantine, where we had more wine (but only because I forgot that I actually wanted to order beer...) and food.
After sitting there for some time, we went to Wim's place where Victoria made a delicious lasagna with spinach and gorgonzola which we ate in the garden, accompanied by a nice cold bottle of Cava. I made dessert, a yummy nostalgic banana pudding.
After some more bottles of wine and some really loud music we decided to take our business elsewhere and continue the day in town. Where I finally had my cold beer(s)!
I even got a bit of a tan! All in all, it was a beautiful day...
