What angel wakes me from my flowery bed?

Smurf around
You know that feeling? That feeling of not wanting the night to ever end? I experienced it two nights ago.

I've known F. for quite a while now, kinda messed around in the past too, but we had kind of gotten out of touch. Monday night we spoke on MSN for the first time in a couple of months. I told him I was about to go out for a walk and he offered to join.

So he did.

We walked around for a couple of hours, talking about everything and anything. How was my vacation? (Great)How is his job? (Could be better) What did you have for dinner? (Teriyaki salad), we compared scars (mine: wrist - rollerskating, his: chin - little brother) et cetera, et cetera.

Then, in the Vondelpark, near the Blauwe Theehuis, by the water, around nine thirty: the first kiss. Tender and electric, it was the best kiss in a very long time. And I hadn't even been planning on kissing him; it just happened. And obviously I'm glad we did. The atmosphere was just right, the company was very interesting and the (my) view was beautiful.

Between all the talking and kissing, I only had time to smoke one cigarette (obviously as soon as I got home I lit another one, seeing as there was finally some time to inhale)!

Long story short: awesome night; to be continued; did I mention awesome night?

This has been my life. I have found it worth living, and would gladly live it again if the chance were offered me.

I think that the film Clueless was very deep. I think it was deep in the way that it was very light. I think lightness has to come from a very deep place if it's true lightness.

One day you will do things for me that you hate. That is what it means to be a family.

Maybe in order to understand mankind we have to look at that word itself. MANKIND. Basically, it's made up of two separate words "mank" and "ind." What do these words mean? It's a mystery and that's why so is mankind.
